+ Managed a 675,000 sq ft mixed use property featuring 70+ top-tier national retailers, some of the country’s hottest QSR restaurants, luxury entertainment venues, corporate office space and service-oriented tenants

+ Authored two regional cookbooks, producing an accompanying hour-long documentary for one.

+ Founded Feed Your Soul, a program that connected chefs and the public to farmers and farmers markets

+ Created and ran Buffalo’s first and only interactive industry night for four years. IN served as a networking event for restaurateurs, food and drink purveyors and the Western New York restaurant industry

+ Created content for USA Today, NPR, Zagat and others

+ Hosted and produced video news segments for CBS affiliate

+ Wrote, hosted and produced segments for NPR

+ Appeared as an expert/talking head on several programs, including an episode of “The Messy History of American Food” (2022) and the exhaustive catalog of Buffalo’s food history and unique offerings, ”Buffalo Everything,” by Arthur Bovino (2017).

+ Coordinated an event at the James Beard House

+ Curated and produced top tier culinary programming for Chautauqua Institution and Taste of Buffalo, among others

+ Experienced recipe creator, including development, testing, writing and editing

+ Featured speaker at Toronto’s Terroir Symposium, along with David Chang, Daniel Boulud and others

+ Served the early development teams for artisan markets proposed at both Horsefeathers and Canalside 

+ Created programming for the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the National BALLE Conference

+ Co-chaired the inaugural Erie County Food Policy Council

+ Co-founded a series of conferences for chefs and farmers in the Northeast with speakers from Canada and the Northeastern USA

+ Served as an ambassador to visiting national food press through the local visitors bureau from 2011-2018
