+ Curated and produced top tier culinary programming for Chautauqua Institution and Taste of Buffalo, among others

+ Experienced recipe creator, including development, testing, writing and editing

+ Featured speaker at Toronto’s Terroir Symposium, along with David Chang, Daniel Boulud and others

+ Served the early development teams for artisan markets proposed at both Horsefeathers and Canalside 

+ Created programming for the National Trust for Historic Preservation and the National BALLE Conference
